Data on your phone

Your weights, goal, height, reminders and AI coach chat history are stored only on your phone. Delete single entries in the app, or uninstall the app to delete all of them at once. We have no copy.

Data we hold

EZ Weight Tracker has no accounts. What exists outside your phone is linked only to a random ID:

• the anonymous sign-in ID (Firebase)
• your purchase records and Pro status (RevenueCat)
• AI coach daily message counts (deleted automatically after 7 days)
• usage statistics and crash reports (deleted automatically after 2 months and 90 days)

To have the sign-in ID and purchase data deleted, email me@josefwilhelm.com with the subject "Delete my EZ Weight Tracker data" and the order number from your Apple or Google receipt (if you bought Pro). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep for tax law (purchase records, 7 years in Austria) are kept until that period ends. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
